The Who Said Vaudeville Was Dead? VARIETY SHOW presents live music, comical vaudeville acts, and circus!  The Vespertine Circus of clowns will be flying in on aerial silks from Oakland, CA.  Local performers include:  Luna Tart, Erika Maassen, Brynn Route of Brass Ovaries, Steve Harwood & Mr. Fancy Pants, and more!

We're SUPER excited to release our new album, "Daydream Western," Produced by Gary Newcomb.

We'll be holding our CD Release at the Spiderhouse Ballroom (next to Spiderhouse) in Austin.

The Gary Newcomb Trio will be opening up the show at 8:30, & we'll follow at 9:15.

The release will be a gala ball with candle lit table seating for all at the Spider House Ballroom. The Gary Newcomb Trio will open and the night will be MC'd by our friend, roadie, compatriot, and local celebrity Grant Cross.

The 2011 Toy Joy Art Show will take place at the 29th Street Ballroom at Spiderhouse: Thursday, July 7 – Sunday, July 10. That's four days of exposure to art and music!

 

This event is free and open to the public!

 

The Toy Joy Art Show will feature creations by artists who are inspired by Toy Joy and it's message of light-hearted exploration!

There will be a reception preceding the screening and Q & A to follow with Charles Shaw, Mitch Schultz, Juliana K'abal-Xok, and former Federal prisoner Stephen Dubov, featured in the film. Excerpts from DMT: The Spirit Molecule will be shown as well.
